Bought this pitman arm is this the correct one for 3" lift 31" tires ? Look like it will change my angle quite dramatically

A Rugged Ridge Drop Pitman Arm is usually only needed with a 4 inch or higher lift kit on an Jeep Cherokee XJ. If you look at your track bar angle the steering link should be at the same angle or very close. If your steering link is at a steeper angle than your track bar then you can use this to bring the angle down to match your track bar.
